When a resource/file is selected within the package explorer the context menu will not show push, pull and fetch.
However, within the toolbar they are enabled. This is inconsistent.

It is even questionable why it is disabled in the context menu when I just select a file.
Both a file and an Eclipse project are just a part of a git repository. So, why should I favor one for the other?

Same is true for the history view, IMHO there no reason, why the toolbar should be disabled when the focus is in the history view.

When the e.g. Project-View is detached to another monitor, the toolbar never works, since the focus is lost when pressing a button on it.
