Sometimes it is useful to operate on all the objects displayed in a table/tree and not just the visible ones.

This is currently quite tricky, but as an enhancement it can be done by allowing the selection of the totals row to mean all the remaining items.

E.g. the totals row is changed to show how many items are not displayed '5,276 more', and selection of that row selects those items, and selecting all rows selects all items, visible and invisible.
