To allow generation of ModeledViewmap, a check option should be added to the GenModel generation wizard.

Set default use of ModeledViewmap to false

The use of ModeledViewmap is determined by the user, via a check button in the gmfgen wizard. This patch sets the default value of use ModeledViewmap in TransformOptions to false.
