Based on the feedbacks from Uwe Stieber and Martin Gutschelhofer, here's a summary about these enhancements:

#1. Auto refresh is turned by default no matter in the process tree or in the process monitor. The user has to explicitly enable it in the process monitor.
#2. Remove start/stop buttons from the tool bar.
#3. Change the dropdown menu to three items: Off, i.e., turning off auto refresh, Default, i.e., scheduling auto refresh in the default interval, i.e., 15 seconds, and Custom, which is identical to pressing the tool bar button that brings up a dialog to enter a user-defined interval.
#4. Change the UI of the dialog used to define custom intervals.
#5. Remove the table to define refreshing interval names in the preference page. Remove the text field to configure the maximum MRU count. Change the default MRU count to 5.
#6. Stop auto refresh started by the process monitor when the editor is disposed.
#7. Make the single thread filter invisible in the filter configuration dialog.
#8. Improve the performance of the process tree when it is first expanded or displayed in the process monitor. (Long-time pending problem).
#9. Change the text of the title bar in the process monitor from "Processes" to "Process Monitor".
#10. Change the name of "Process Monitor" content contribution to "Processes" so that it is consistent to the "Processes" node.

in Target Explorer.
#11. Change the icon of "Process Monitor" content contribution to the one used in Target Explorer so that it is consistent.
#12. Change "S" to "s" or "seconds" in the dropdown menu.
