JP line breaking rule incorrect in eclipse as below
1. "。"and "、" must not come at the beginning of the lines. (just like English period.)
2. The parenthesis "(" must not come at the end of the line.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open widget editor property
2. copy JP test data from https://labweb.torolab.ibm.com/gcoc/documents/gvtguide/testareas/DCP-ITE-010.htm and paste into multi-line field, description field.
2. resize windows.
