Build Identifier: M20110213-0444

The current shortcut key to access Preferences from the view drop down menu is convenient, but can we simply have Preferences as the action rather than "Preferences > Remote Systems..."? Since there's only one item under the current Preferences, it seems unnecessary to have a menu group.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Remote Systems view
2. Click on the view's drop down menu
3. Select Preferences > Remote Systems....

Steven, the view menu preferences allow for contributions. For example, in the RDp case, there are several items available (as shown in the screen capture).
