Build Identifier: 1.7.0.M1

A separate matcher JAR exists, but is not published as a Maven artifact.  If published, this artifact could be used instead of needing the whole of aspectjweaver.jar for projects that use AJ pointcuts but not weaving (e.g. Spring AOP).

I'm tempted to name is 'aspectjmatcher.jar' in keeping with the other jar names. Will try and do this with 1.7.0.M2.

Done!! Released to central. Looking to get feedback on the usefulness of this artifact.  Alongside aspectjweaver it is called aspectjmatcher (group id org.aspectj)
