In a BDD, it is not possible to display the multiplicity at the end of an association if the multiplicity is equal to "1".

This is supported by the diagram but the appearance property view does not reflect this capability. Open BDD Association preference, and check "default multiplicity" (for source or target label), this avoid the multiplicity to be masked when equal to default.

The option is available from the properties view and CSS (in the current version: Luna 1.0)
