Provide an option to support JSF 2.0 annotation on New Managed bean wizard

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- open faces-config and switch to Managed bean tab

- Click add

This brings up "New Managed Bean" wizard.

Suggestion: Provide an additional option "Registration - Configuration file / annotations" and generate bean accordingly. We can provide a default pre-set of "Annotations" and in this case the bean is not registered in faces-config.
