ant runTests fails with 
 [symlink] ln: failed to create symbolic link `/home/kdaniel/redhatwork/org.eclipse.linuxtools.eclipse-build/eclipse-build/build/eclipse-3.8.0-M1-src/installationWithTests/plugins/junit4.jar': File exists

Eclipse build system has changed and eclipse-build will serve only as a helper. There will be no logic there.

This bug will be closed soon unless there is some objection.
