We need two icons for this workitem:

private field.
private function.

Targeting for .8 I2, since we should work to keep our icons consistent throughout the IDE, and we are changing the private function icon in .8 I1 for content assist.  

NOTE: This task should involve reviewing all usages of the .7 Function icon and making sure it uses the proper private function icon in the future, and not just the outline view.

VE data view, Outline view used field and function icons.Fix was provided for those two view.

If any other view was found which used those icons, Please open this enhancement or open another defect.
