IManagedDependencyCommands JavaDoc referes to URL (http://sourceware.org/automake/automake.html#Dependency-Tracking-Evolution) that is apparently no longer available.
My guess is that the new URL is (http://www.gnu.org/software/automake/manual/html_node/Dependency-Tracking-Evolution.html#Dependency-Tracking-Evolution)
