In the commit following commit I updated the framework API to the latest OSGi R5 API.  Previously for juno there was an overloaded method added to BundleRequirement through the interface it extended (Requirement) for the "matches" method.  OSGi decided to not have a matches(Capability) method on the Requirement interface.  This causes compile errors in the region tests for the StubBundleRequirement class.
