In bug 362394, the plugin version for org.eclipse.wst.server.core was raised to 1.4.0.  That causes the following error in the build:

Processing inclusion from feature org.eclipse.jst.ws.cxf.feature: Bundle org.eclipse.jst.ws.cxf.creation.core_1.0.100.v201104022153 failed to resolve.:
Missing required plug-in org.eclipse.wst.server.core_[1.1.0,1.2.0).

Please resolve this dependency issue as soon as possible.
