There are 3 filters available in Outline View, "Forward Declaration", "Macro Directive", "Using Directive". They are missing in Project Explorer and CView. The code already there, it should be straightforward to hook up the filters in there.
For the record, I am missing "Forward Declaration" filter, the forward declarations of static functions bloody clutter the view.

Pushed to master. Set the forward declaration filter on by default for Project Explorer and CView where they double the definition.
