Setting a custom variant on a TreeItem results in a property called "variant".
For all other widgets the property is called "customVariant".

This should be unified.

... I would prefer the property name "variant".

TreeItem and TableItem now render "customVariant" property like all other widgets. To be consistent with WidgetUtil.CUSTOM_VARIANT constant name I kept the property name "customVariant" instead of "variant".
