Git job creates a task, no meter if it's handled as a task or returned in the same request. Creating a task should be postponed until we know it's really necessary. Although it changes nothing in this request the task is persisted and stays until somebody removes it (or forever).

This was done by the way of doing Bug 364831. It's already merged.
