Description Peter Kullmann CLA 2011-12-27 05:19:25 EST
In bug 215549 were obsolete attachments indicated with a light gray font. If there are obsolete and non-obsolete attachments visible at the same time, I can see the difference easily. But if there are only obsolete attachments I don't see it very well. I propose to use a strike-through font to indicate obsolete attachments as does the web interface of bugzilla.

As a second point regarding the little boxes showing changes in bugs: These should also be showing the obsolete attachments. (I had a case where someone added attachments to the wrong bug. He immediately noticed the error and marked them obsolete. When I saw the change on mylyn, I just saw that attachments had been added to the bug but not that they were already marked as obsolete).

Thanks for the report. This is indeed a problem that we don't properly show the changed attachments.

Mylyn has been restructured, and our issue tracking has moved to GitHub [1].

We are closing ~14K Bugzilla issues to give the new team a fresh start. If you feel that this issue is still relevant, please create a new one on GitHub.
