The ModelExplorer contents many classes which are deprecated. We should remove them.

R6576 : I remove the following classes which were deprecated and unused: 
	- CreateChildActionProvider
	- CreateDiagramActionProvider
	- DiagramActionProvider
	- CloseAllDiagramsAction
	- CloseDiagramAction
	- CreateDiagramAction
	- DeleteDiagramAction
	- DuplicateDiagramAction
	- OpenDiagramAction
	- RenameDiagramAction
	- DefaultEMFActionsFactory
	- GMFToEMFCommandFactory

In R7038 : move the classes DeleteDiagram, RenameDiagram and DuplicateDiagram from oep.views.modelexplorer to oep.infra.gmfdiag.modelexplorer
