The plugin oep.infra.core.adaptor.emf should not be in the Papyrus Core. This plugin should be moved into oep.infra.emf
The plugin should be renamed into oep.infra.emf.diagram.common.

R6567 : Change the plugin name
R6568 : move the plugin on the SVN
R6570 : update the .psf
R6571: update the features for the build
R6573 & R6574 : rename the packages of the plugin
