The tycho-p2-repository-plugin:verify checks the consistency of a p2 repository, e.g. if artifacts match their md5 sums & signatures (see bug 344691 for background).

It currently doesn't detect the case when an artifact referenced in the metadata repository is not contained in the artifact repository. This case should also be detected by the verify goal.

Fixed with commit c519d02
