There is now Helgrind content on the wiki (see bug 348269).  We should re-generate the HTML using Mylyn Wikitext.

(FWIW, I tried this briefly and ran into an un-matched <div> in the main User Guide)

I ran into the same problem as you Andrew. It seems to be a problem with the templates used on the wiki page. I temporarily removed them to generate the docs. I also filed a bug with Mylyn (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=367525) since they have an option to exclude certain templates that does not appear to work.
