This bug is presumably connected to
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=357994 .

When doing a remote launch, the project is usually re-made prior to execution.
But even if this make fails, the executable is launched. If there is an
executable from a prior make, it would even run without error message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Take any synchronized project and compile remotely
2.Plant a deliberate error into the Makefile or the source code
3.Do a remote launch of the executable
