Build Identifier:

A choose button is available in the search file dialog. That button allows so choose a working set, however, the dialog allows to select "Workspace" as scope, which means the working set widgets should all be disabled, including the "Choose" button

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ctrl-H
2. In "Scope" group see "Choose" button enabled even though "Workspace" is the current scope

This is by design: it allows to switch to a working set scope by one click instead of two.
