I ran Google page speed on the Orion Navigator page. It got a score of 97/100 so apparently it is in good shape. One of the recommendations is that apparently our static pages are missing the charset information in Content-Type HTTP header: The following resources have no character set specified in their HTTP headers. Specifying a character set in HTTP headers can speed up browser rendering. http://orion.eclipse.org/navigate/table.html
