Adding a participant via the New Participant dialog allow the users to enter userid's manually (not resolved via ldap), 
it offers the possibility to specify the corresponding e-mail address, this works as expected for Informal and formal reviews, however it does not work for Basic reviews.

the e-mail test box remains disabled.

This is caused by a missing null pointer in the dialog.  Fixed
