In several cases Tycho does properly and/or consistently handle maven artifact classifiers. For example, DependencyArtifacts#getArtifact(File) returns only one of possibly several classified artifacts attached to a reactor project. Need to review and fix API and/or implementation to handle maven artifact classifiers properly and consistently.

In 74cdb42, TargetPlatformBuilderTest.java doesn't have a copyright header. Is this already fixed?
