In the plugin org.eclipse.ptp.rm.lml.core different classes relied on JAXB classes. In order to combine those methods in one spot the class JAXBUtil was implemented. Classes which relied on JAXB classes now rely on the class JAXBUtil.

I don't see any JAXBUtil implementation, only some formatting changes in LayoutAccess.
