Breakpoints actions collapse/expand are not sensitive to data in the view none

Description Helmut J. Haigermoser CLA 2011-12-19 13:00:27 EST
Build Identifier:

The breakpoint view features a "collapse all(-)" and "expand all(+)" toolbar icon.
Not sure what these icons are for, but they should be disabled if no appropriate content is available/selected, much like the "Remove selected" icon gets...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open empty breakpoint view
2. Use the expand/collapse icons
(3. Wonder what these would do if a valid context was available)
