I hadn't tried apply patch yet and was surprised when it prompted me to upload a file.  I was hoping I could point to a URL (in a bugzilla).

Fixed with c99e0b9150fc05f27fd664ca3f3b540a85cd94a4 (server) and 376910949007b0ec418f95fb13f49fc9f2a23d70 (client). 

Filed bug 368137 for problem with applying patches from protected realms (including Orion) and bug 368130 which I noticed when trying to verify the fix with Orion.
