win7, chrome16, running orion.eclipse.org (the build from 20111218 which John promoted this morning).

I was editing away and occasionally saving.  Did some more edits, hit ctrl+S, and instead of saving the file, I got the browser save prompt.  Thought I had focus in the wrong place, tried again.

My editor is broken at this point, and everytime I save I get:

reloading the page fixed it, but it meant I had to copy my code, reload the page, paste it in.  I wish I had reproducible steps but I do not.
