it is not possible to start an eclipse Application. i use the standard template for an plugin-project "RCP-Application with a view" to create the project. if i try to start this i got an NullPointerException in org.eclipse.e4.ui.internal.workbench.ModelServiceImpl.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start eclipse 4.2M4 (RCP & RAP Developer Version)
2. create new project with template "RCP-Application with a view"
3. try to start this as eclipse application
