If SSL output processing reads some input while an endpoint is not dispatched and between calls of select, then the endpoint will not be selected nor dispatched.

I've added an extra guard to the handleRequest call to make sure it is not called for a SSL process provoked dispatch.

Fixed in commit ed1ee997b457a0b6ce4f0393d40c37d17bf697d9.
