This is in the 3.6.1 version of the Eclipse test framework.

The PDE cannot import the org.eclipse.test project as it is because the source is in a directory.

See bug 294008.

It's very hard to figure out why the plugin won't import into the PDE the way it is as the errors are not clear.

There is a version of the jarred source bundle here

We didn't start putting the test bundles into the repo until the 3.7 release.
