2) rework or disable testXmlRpc

These changes may have caused breakage of the integration tests: http://ci.mylyn.org/job/mylyn-3.7.x/51/testReport/. Would we need to update the Bugzilla test instances in any way? We need to be careful to consider that to not break tests for Mylyn 3.6.

because I did not have a local Bugzilla version 3.4.12 I did not found that breakage.
