If possible, please try to get this into the m12.01 milestone built.  Changing this later will force us to increment the major version number.

Please disregard my last comment: During incubation, API changes are allowed without incrementing the major version number.

the serialization mechanism and the metamodel have been reworked
the model plugin is now called org.eclipse.rmf.reqif10
