I implement the missing internationalization for org.eclipse.jubula.app.autagent.

I add the strings which have to be internationalized at org.eclipse.jubula.app.autagent. The other stings from this class became constants.

Tested the autrun-lin -h command to check the i18n. Shows the right help and the changes in the code looking also correct.
