Add the following features to the Scout Property view:
- split the operations and properties into advanced and normal methods
- group the operations and properties into categories
- it should be configurable to which section and category a method belongs
- redesign of the perspective layout
- automatic re-layouting of a section based on the space available
- add javadoc for operations and properties
- new presenters for label position and label horizontal alignment
