Build Identifier: eclipse-SDK-3.7.1

I try install another eclipse but the problem is the same. When i start eclipse it was normally to appear the location of workspace, but the window is closing. the rogram does nothing. I'm not sure what is the component at step 2/3.

Please describe in more detail what happens after you double-click the eclipse.exe executable.
