Keeping dependencies at the bundle level is error prone, 
It was observed that Mylyn versions feature includes a dependency to Mylyn commons core at the bundle level, 
this needs to be replaced as a dependency to the feature.

Feature dependencies are not less error prone than bundle dependencies but feature are at a higher level of abstraction hence there are less dependencies to maintain. 

I have changed the versions feature according to the changes in Mylyn Commons.
