Fixes references to eClassifier implementation in eef.codegen

The attached patch defines a common service for the generation of eClassifiers classes references, instead of simply using "eClassifier.name". This was causing trouble using instance types.

NOTES:
- The following patch (related to [366728]) must be applied first: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/attachment.cgi?id=208391
- This enhancement may fix [362104] and [338591]
