Hi,

I am the person in charge of the releng of MDT Papyrus project. In order to publish MDT Papyrus builds, I would like to have access right to the Eclipse download area.
It seems also that I need rights to sign the build jars.

So, could you:
	- create /shared/download-staging.priv/modeling/mdt/papyrus
	- enable full SSH access to build server and download servers for me
	- add me to the signers groups

I've created the staging area.

I'll need your PL(cc'd) to approve the shell and signers access.

Sebastien: Can you confirm that Vincent is your Rel-Eng?  And is he taking over from Remi?
