The only working provision type currently is provisioning jdt/pde in dropins. The old ones should be removed entirely.

Thanks. Works perfect.
The only thing that was forgotten was to remove provision.sdk.complete property which is no longer needed. 
Your patch is pushed with another one removing the property.
