I AM USING USING ECLIPSE IN UBUNTU ON VMWARE PLATFORM.WHEN EVER I TRY TO BUILD A PROJECT OR JUST I RUN THE FILE AN INTERNAL ERROR WARNING IS SHOWED.WHEN I CLICK ON DETAILE IT SHOWS java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBound Exception.

Could you kindly attach the stack trace shown in the details? You can also find the stack in .metadata/.log file or in Window->Show View->Error Log view.
