Patch to check about certificate. teerawat_c: review?

Description Caspar D. CLA 2011-12-13 21:43:12 EST
The test certificate used by unit tests when running the SSL suite,
expired on March 13, 2011. But the connections seem to be working
normally with this expired certificate. One would expect some sort
of exception.

I expect the authors to step up for issues with SSL:

 * @author Teerawat Chaiyakijpichet (No Magic Asia Ltd.)
 * @author Caspar De Groot (No Magic Asia Ltd.)
