1. Create a branch on repositories view
2. Hit "Push" on new branch
3. "Choose branch" dialog shows
[BUG] Dialog is empty even if repository has remotes with branches.

Not it's changed, we have error "No value for key branch.mytag_1_branch.merge found in configuration". From what I remember if there was no branch specified we should display a list of branches and allow user to choose a branch or create a new one.

Ignore this comment. This is a message we display for Push, not Pull and it may be considered as correct.

There had to be change in between, because I cannot reproduce this problem now. I suppose it was fixed by some another bug.
