At each milestone, the release engineer has to update each update site in the Buckminster build map.
This operation is tedious and error prone. But we already have all the information 
we need in the B3 aggregation model used by each simultaneous release. So the maps can be updated automatically by copying the information from this B3 model.

Here is a tool that automates the update of the maps from a B3 aggregation model.
