Yes - it is fixed in http://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.ui.git/commit/?id=2f4ee54fdf2cb0b1f5a9fe73a52917b6b1e92779 (bug 380946), so I close the bug.
Unfortunately the tests still randomly fails because of the bug 432571.
