Code Recommenders' Call Completion only supports libraries of Eclipse.org. To become part of the Eclipse IDE for Java Developers models for java.* standard library should be supported.

Due to the huge amount of data available for java standard library, this may become much more challenging than mining models for eclipse.org. However, this feature is scheduled for a later milestone (after all completion engines are working properly with JDT).

minimal recommendation set for java.lang/java.util are delivered. Models will continuuously be updated until Juno.
