I am not good at English, but I have to report a bug because I encounter a strange and serious problem.
I use Ubuntu 11.10, default system language is Chinese(simplified). When I use eclipse (installed through "Ubuntu software Center" or just download a tar from website and decompression to a location) to create a HelloWorld C or C++ project, the CDT cannot auto add the standard headers to the project, there is not a "includes" node under the project name in "Project Explorer". But it can successfully build. The "Paramter Hints" also is not work. I can add C_INCLUDE_PATH and CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH to partly solve the problem, but I think its not the real solution.
When I change the system language to English, there is not the problem at all.

Reproducible: Always
